Chlorambucil may be helpful in an array of neoplastic diseases, such as lymphocytic leukemia, multiple myeloma, polycythemia vera, macroglobulinemia, and ovarian adenocarcinoma. It could also be useful as adjunctive treatment for some immune mediated conditions such as glomerulonephritis, inflammatory bowel disease, non erosive arthritis or immune-mediated skin disease. It has established support as a routine treatment for feline pemphigus foliaceous and severe feline eosinophilic granuloma complex due to of the drug’s virtual lack of toxicity in cats.
