Active Ingredients: Insulin Bovine USP, Protamine Sulfate, and Zinc Chloride

Inactive Ingredients: Sodium Phosphate, Cresol, Glycerin, and sterile water for injection

Pet Owner Info:

(1) Keep insulin away from temperature extremes.

(2) Allow insulin to come to room temperature in the syringe before injecting.

(3)Roll vial between palms, do not shake before withdrawing into a syringe.

(4) Use the proper syringe size with insulin concentration. e.g., U-40 syringe with 40iu/mL Insulin.
