At SVP, quality is a top priority. We compound Tacrolimus to meet individual patients' needs using USP <797> guidelines. Our quality-centric standard operating procedures include a rigorous set of checks and verifications for each prescription. The SVP cleanroom facility is certified twice a year by an independent organization in accordance with USP <797> requirements for sterile preparations. We receive inspections from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy on a regular basis, and from the California State Board of Pharmacy each year.
Before shipping our compounded Tacrolimus eye drops to veterinary clinics and pet owners, they’re sent it to an independent third-party lab. Batches are analyzed using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to ensure accurate potency. Samples are also analyzed to confirm sterility. Reports are available upon request.
Inactive ingredients in SVP’s compounded Tacrolimus eye drops are organic canola oil and MCT oil.

Out MCT oil is palm-derived. Please note: The origin of the medium-chain triglycerides should have no bearing on the functionality of the material.
